The elegant lounges, with their tasteful décor and inviting seating, made me feel right at home. Every corner of the hotel was beautifully decorated, providing a delightful atmosphere for relaxation and socializing.
More assistance for mobility-impaired guests would be helpful.

The hotel was a great spot for a family trip, offering a spacious family room that we really appreciated. Breakfast was a standout with delicious freshly made options like pancakes and porridge on top of the usual hot meals. The location near the pier made it easy to stroll around and enjoy the local attractions, although the funfair nearby did bring some noise in the evenings.

Gorgeous, grand building near the beach! My spacious room was well-kept, and the grounds were a delight. Some of the reception staff were lovely. they made me feel rather special.
The bar service was slower than my grandma in a hurry! And do check your change, because I didn't sign up for a modern art exhibit of squiggles.

Comfortable Stay with Superb Dining Experience
I enjoyed a delightful evening meal with a six-course feast served impeccably. The staff were attentive, making the dining experience truly memorable. My room was spacious, but unfortunately, other guests were occasionally noisy. I recommend requesting a room away from the main traffic areas for more peaceful rest.

Stayed at The Palace in Paignton for a week. The location is fantastic, right by the sea. The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful. Enjoyed the five-course menu in the restaurant. excellent value for £25. Room was airy with a nice view, though I initially wanted a double sea view room, but this didn't spoil my stay. Breakfast options were decent but could have started earlier than 8:00 AM, especially for early risers. The building work along the street created some noise, but it wasn't too disruptive. The entertainment in the evenings added a fun touch. On the downside, the lobby was sometimes crowded with non-residents, which made it a bit tough to find a spot to relax. my room had some minor maintenance issues, like a flickering lamp. a very pleasant stay despite a few minor hiccups.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We hit the beach and explored the stunning coastal spots nearby. The hotel had a great vibe, and the friendly staff made everything even better. Breakfast was a highlight, really sets you up for the day. Just a heads up, they often have private functions that can limit access to some areas.
Only downside was getting in late on our first night. the pool closed early, so we missed out on that. But the overall experience was fun!
